Presenting the simulation to you and relevant colleagues, including partial simulation play.
This often leads to enjoyable and insightful interactions between colleagues allowing for final adjustments to the simulation before it is completed and ready for use.
We will facilitate the workshop from start to finish, guiding the participants along their learning journey.
They will compete in teams, making decisions, committing resources and being accountable for their fictional business through three years.
Through working with the team at Burley Consulting we created a new, innovative and engaging way to drive cultural change.
